About
Built by a physician.
Used by the same one.
I am Dr. Amr Saad, a physician. There is more new evidence every week than anyone can read, and the paper that changes how you treat your next patient is the one easiest to miss.
So I built rounds. It reads the new ophthalmology literature overnight and keeps the ten that matter for your subspecialty. Every claim gets checked against the paper it came from, and the source is one click away. It takes about twelve minutes, and it lands in your inbox before clinic.
The pipeline matters more than the output. Five gates per summary check source faithfulness, numeric accuracy, drug-safety language, unsupported claims, and clinical-decision overreach. Failed summaries are blocked, never silently weakened. Every claim links back to a paragraph in the original paper.
rounds. is funded by the clinicians who read it. No pharma money, no ads. The only thing worth optimizing for is whether the evidence earns your twelve minutes.
I read it myself every morning, before yours lands. The methodology, validators, and editorial overrides are documented and updated monthly · open at /methodology.
